The UK immigration and nationality laws for obtaining a UK family visa are complex, and it may be better to seek other avenues for entry.
You can apply to join
your husband, wife, civil partner,
fiancé, fiancée or proposed civil partner in the UK as long as:
they currently live and are settled in the UK, or
they are coming to live permanently in the UK, and
they are not under 18
If the person you are seeking to join is not a permanent resident/settled in the UK, you may have to consider alternatives to family sponsorship, e.g. HSMP and work permit.
