Work and Live in Australia

Australia's Migration Program provides for 100,000 (2004-2005) visas.

The top 10 counties sending immigrants to Australia are: Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Africa, Malaysia, UK, Kenya, Singapore, South Korea and the United States of America

Immigration to Australia favours relatively young (< 45 years) and skilled (IT,healthcare, MBA )people. For General Skilled migration, apart from the basic requirements, the likelihood of immigration of skilled migrants is assessed on a points system: Points favour work experience, qualifications and language proficiency.
